1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.

1.2. If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund of any payments made.

2. Hire Period

2.1. The standard hire period is as agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional time required must be pre-arranged and will incur additional charges.

2.2. The Selfie Pod will be delivered and set up at the agreed venue before the hire period begins and collected at the end of the hire period.

3. Client Responsibility

3.1. The Selfie Pod is provided on an unattended basis. The client is fully responsible for the security and proper use of the equipment for the duration of the hire.

3.2. Any damage, loss, or theft of the Selfie Pod or accessories during the hire period will be the client’s responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

3.3. The client must ensure that the Selfie Pod is used safely and appropriately by guests.

4. Venue Requirements

4.1. The client must ensure the venue provides adequate space and a power source for the Selfie Pod.

4.2. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the use of the Selfie Pod at the venue.

5. Technical Issues & Liability

5.1. We will ensure that the Selfie Pod is in full working order before the event. However, in the event of a technical failure, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

5.2. If the Selfie Pod becomes inoperable due to technical failure, our liability will be limited to a refund of the hire fee or a proportionate refund if part of the hire period was affected.

5.3. We accept no liability for loss of photos or videos due to technical malfunction.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. Booking fees are non-refundable.

6.2. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the full hire fee will be retained.

7. Use of Photos & Videos

7.1. We may use photos or videos taken with the Selfie Pod for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. We will not be liable for failure to provide the service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, power failure, or venue restrictions.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates.

By confirming the booking, the client agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
